Back to School Registration

Yes!  At New Vista, Course Selection is completed in the spring and Back-to-School Registration happens in the fall.  All students are expected to attend school on the Back-to-School Registration and Picture Day.

Yes.  The ADU (Annual Data Update – Electronic Registration) is to be completed prior to the start of school. This is done through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.   In addition, New Vista requires the Field Trip Permission Form.

Because much of the learning experience for NVHS students takes place in the community, we ask parents to fill out and sign a single permission form allowing their student to participate in off-campus school activities throughout the school year.   This form is required for all students every school year.

Complete the ADU and upload a current utility bill OR print out the Change of Address Form, complete it and return it to the school office along with proof of address.  Spanish Change of Address Form

Yes, there is limited parking at New Vista.   Students may purchase a $25.00 per semester parking permit on a first come/first serve basis.   A signed Student Parking Permit Agreement is required.   The form is available on the Back-to-School Registration page.   You may pay the fee online using the School Contribution Page, or pay by cash or check made out to New Vista.

Please find a general list of school supplies HERE. Class specific supplies are  discussed on the first days of class. In lieu of purchasing General Supplies, families may contribute to the Classroom Supply fund found on the School Contribution Page.

Back-to-School Registration and Picture Day is August 17, 2022.  Student pictures are taken on this day will appear on their school ID.   Parents may order photo packages online.   Enter Picture Day ID TBD   

Now is a perfect time to pay for a yearbook, the PSAT exam fee or a student parking space.  From the Handy Forms section of the Back-to-School Registration page, click on the School Contribution Form.  You may also contribute to the Classroom Supply Fund, Lunch Pizza Fund, and others.  This is a great way to help out with the little extras that New Vista provides our students.   This form is directly linked to Revtrak and you may pay by credit card. 

Course fees are entered into your student’s account after the first week of school and may be paid online using Revtrak or by sending in a check or cash to the office.  Waivers are available for fees.  To qualify you must be approved for the Free or Reduced Lunch Program.  

You may pay for lunches either with a credit card through My Payments Plus, or by sending in cash or check to the cafeteria.  There is a link to My Payments Plus on the New Vista High School website home page.  More information is available from the BVSD Food Services website. 

Free or Reduced-Price Meal Applications, now known as Meal Benefits Applications, may be completed from your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.  Please click here for more information from Food Services.    

Qualifying for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program has many other benefits, not just from Food Services.   If qualified, you may also be eligible for waived school fees, waived or discounted ACT/SAT, reduced price single-ride RTD passes, and more.
