UPDATE: phase 4 schedule for march 30!
Everyone at New Vista is excited to welcome students back
four days a week starting March 30.
Monday will remain as "launch day" for the remainder of the year.

New in January: Every other day, in blocks the asynchronous time will be true Independent Work Time/Student Support time: Break time for students who need it, independent work time, office hours for teachers, student support time for case managers, counselors, and other support staff.
Attendance- Attendance will be taken for all Synchronous and Asynchronous learning periods, each day.
Grading- Grades will be updated in Infinite Campus each week.
Weekly Road Map-Each Monday all teachers will post a “Weekly Road Map” with assignments for the week, links to resources, and learning objectives for the week.
Mondays- On Mondays, there will be no classes. Monday is set aside for teacher prep time, school meetings, and for students to work independently.

BVSD EMERGENCY FOOD DISTRIBUTION
Food Distribution to continue starting August 24
Our current distribution program is taking a break and will re-start on August 24 in a slightly different format.
Date and Time: Every Monday from 9-11 AM and 4-6 PM
Locations: Columbine ES, Crestview ES, Emerald ES, Louisville MS, Manhattan MS, Nederland Middle Senior HS, and Sanchez ES.
Verification of enrollment: Because of changing federal funding requirements, we are required to verify that all students are enrolled in BVSD. For more details and to view the addresses of these food pickup locations, please visit food.bvsd.org.

ESSENTIAL WORKER CHILDCARE
BVSD Community Schools is dedicated to providing free child care to all workers deemed essential by the Colorado Department of Health and Environment. All of the BVSD childcare sites are registered with the Colorado Emergency Child Care Collaborative as a licensed provider of care for essential workers.
